The story is the one of Amedeo Guillet, from an aristocratic family and cavalry officer from Piemonte, who took command of the 2500 strong Gruppo Bande Amhara, made up uniquely by local soldiers.

Un programma televisivo dedicato esclusivamente al vino, un viaggio eccezionale di due eccentrici personaggi alla ricerca di un vitigno del XV secolo. Un viaggio che nasce dalla consapevolezza che, se si vuole conoscere il vino, non lo si può fare frequentando un corso di sommelier ma recandosi nelle terre dove il vino nasce e nelle cantine dove cresce per conoscere il piccolo universo che ruota attorno ad esso.
